Last of the Batch!
View allAt Fyne, we're obsessed with garbage that isn't garbage. North Americans send over 10 million tonnes of clothing to landfills each year, 95% of which could be reused or recycled. We are sourcing materials that would otherwise be destined for the landfill and giving them new life by making them into quality products.
Pre-Adventured Denim
Each pair of Fyne pants is made with Pre-Adventured Denim and individually numbered. Pre-Adventured Denim is post-consumer denim — used jeans that are too damaged for the second-hand market. They might have large rips in the crotch, seat, or knees, but still have plenty of life left in them. Denim is remarkably durable thanks to its twill weave, so the undamaged portions of each pair are still strong and beautiful. The jeans are sanitized, deconstructed, and remade into something new. By choosing Pre-Adventured Denim, you're giving these materials a second life and keeping them out of the landfill — nice work! Because every pair of jeans is different, each item made with Pre-Adventured Denim will vary in colour and texture, making it truly one of a kind.
