If you have any concerns with a purchased product, please get in touch with us within seven days of receiving the product.
Returns or exchanges are available on regular-priced items in original condition that have not been worn or washed with the original packaging.
If your item is damaged or defective in any way, we will happily exchange it for the same product.
Gift cards, downloadable software products and discounted items are final sale and can not be returned.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:
1. Contact us! hello@fyneproducts.com. We are working towards a better future for clothing. Customer feedback is so important for product improvement and future product development. If you have concerns about a product you purchased, we want to work with you to find a resolution. Let us know your order number and what your concerns are. Pictures are super helpful; include one if you can.
2. We will email you a Return Authorization form and instructions for returning your item. You’ll have 14 days to return the item.
3. Mail back the item, along with the Return Authorization form.
4. Once the item is received, a credit receipt or tracking information for the replacement product will be issued within three business days.
Credits will automatically be applied to your credit card or the original payment method.
If returning an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
